Guaranteeing the reliability of techniques and materials, the quality department ensures that the company’s quality policy is applied in all departments in accordance with pre-defined operating modes. It also manages preventive and corrective actions to identify and anticipate potential production malfunctions and implements any necessary measures to improve processes.

New products are finalized working together with the company’s materials and print media manufacturing partners. The R&D department, with its team of product and method engineers, continues to implement innovative and adaptable procedures.



Fiduciaire Services, a division of the Oberthur Technologies group, is a leader in the printing and personalization of banknotes and high-security documents. We develop our products and services on four production sites in France, drawing on the skills of our 200 employees to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
